Our standard service agreements consist of a number of visits to your site(s) to carry out the service requirements of your equipment. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annual visits are all available and tailored to you. Consisting of routine and major service visits and enrolment on our priority call-out response system we are available to you 24 hours per day if you need assistance, in the event of a problem. Single visits to site are always Major visits. The pumps will be thoroughly inspected and any additional works, such as tankering would be carried out during the visit. Tankerage, water testing or cleaning would be quoted as and when required. Multiple visits to site throughout the year consist of routine and major visits. A routine visit is less invasive than a major visit and is an operational and safety check based visit.
Our service department are here to assist you in keeping your system
in the best possible condition. Whether ad-hoc maintenance or a full agreement we are here to help. We do not charge for small consumables used in our maintenance activities such as pump oil, panel lamps, pump oil chamber ‘o’ rings and similar. These are included in all agreements. Minor repairs from vehicle stock such as replacement control panel components and float switches can be replaced, if needed, during the visit up to a predetermined value without immediate order. This enables a cost saving as we are already on site to carry out works rather than have to charge for an additional visit to site. You can, of course opt out of this if you so wish. More involved repairs will be reported to you and a quotation for remedial works provided.
